HOW IT WORKS

Submit your referral

Complete the referral form with your information and the referred person’s contact information.

ATP verifies the referral

ATP confirms that the referred person is a new, qualifying client, completes an eligible tax return, and pays the applicable preparation fees.

Receive your reward

Once the referral is approved and the appropriate milestone is reached, ATP will contact you regarding payment.

We use the information submitted here to review and administer the ATP Referral Rewards program and to contact the parties involved. Please submit someone’s information only with their permission.

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

ATP Referral Rewards pays $250 for 3 qualified referrals, $450 for 5 qualified referrals, and $1,000 for 10 qualified referrals, subject to the terms below.

  • A referral must be a new ATP client who has not already contacted ATP or been entered into ATP’s system.
  • The referred client must complete an eligible tax preparation service.
  • Required preparation fees must be paid and cleared before the referral becomes qualified.
  • ATP alone reviews and approves referrals.
  • Participants cannot approve their own referrals.
  • Duplicate referrals will be credited according to ATP’s records, generally to the first valid submission received.
  • Self-referrals and fraudulent or misleading submissions are not eligible.
  • Rewards are not earned merely by submitting a name.
  • Reward eligibility and payment timing are subject to verification.
  • ATP may contact the referrer or referred person when necessary to verify the submission.
  • ATP may modify, pause, or end the program when necessary, subject to rewards already validly earned.
  • Information submitted through this program is handled under ATP’s data retention and access-control policies, consistent with the privacy practices described elsewhere on this website.
